The staff was friendly and always smiling. The cappuccino from the rooftop was perfect. I also enjoyed the view. Sunny was helpful.
The room I stayed in was quite run down. The fridge was old and noisy. The walls were thin, and I could clearly hear noises from outside, such as breakfast being served and awnings being rolled out.

the family room was spacious. it was clean too. crystal bay is beautiful. it is great for snorkelling for kids! i would definitely recommend this place.
our room was noisy! we had a room near the walkway, loud when people walked by. the beach itself was busy. it didn't have much space. there weren't any loungers to use on the beach.

the location is prime, directly on crystal bay beach. the staff were very kind, always ready to help. the breakfast menu offered tasty choices. our beachfront terrace room allowed us direct access to the sands, it was wonderful.
the gym only had limited equipment, i would have loved a wider variety.
